How to pay for your order

If items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country, the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

You can use a card, Paypal or make a bank transfer. In case of bank payment, please contact me for details. Prices shown on website include taxes for sales in Italy.

Normal shipping costs are included in the price if you spend more than 80€. If less, you pay 10€ for Italy or 15€ for international shipment. Express delivery with DHL o UPS courier service will cost 26€.

The merchandize is hand made in the size you have requested and takes about 1 week to complete. As soon as it is ready, your order will be dispatched using our International Express Courier.
You will be notified of the tracking number to follow the shipment.

We are not responsible for delays due to covid customs quarantine, but we really hope this will soon be in the past.

Return and exchange policy

Once the order is received, the processing will start, so the order cannot be canceled. Any changes (size/model) must be communicated within 24 hours of purchase at: carlolenadesigns@gmail.com. Any subsequent changes communicated after 24 hours of purchase may incur additional costs.

As all straps are made on request, it is not possible to accept returns. However, if you realize you have the wrong size, contact me! I'll be happy to provide you with the support and modalities to proceed with any change.

Tips for caring

Any darkening of the leather straps is not a defect, but rather a normal oxidation process or patina, arising from daily use, sunlight and air smog.

The leather straps are to be washed only with water and then left to air dry completely before wearing again.
